Job Description Summary

Ensure local implementation of WSS’ global HR policies, processes, and tools. Support local management on personnel related topics for all divisions/functions. Conduct personnel administration in regard to HR processes, personnel files, WSS personnel system and other relevant employee documentation. Proactively implement and ensure compliance to local laws, rules, and regulations.

The position reports either to the HR Manager or the HR Director in the relevant region, country or territory and cooperates closely with other local and regional HR roles as well as members of the local management team.

Main responsibilities

  • Ensure implementation and compliance to the global People Processes (recruit, onboard, develop competence, manage performance, and exit).
  • Execute HR processes and activities as outlined in the GBS HR Service Catalogue
  • Provide advice and support to local management and employees on personnel related topics.
  • Execute all required administrative tasks related to employees
  • Ensure compliance to local employment laws and regulations.   
  • Ensure local personnel handbook is up to date and reflects local labour law and regulations
  • Administrate sick leave and absenteeism.
  • Understand and implement relevant policies, processes and activities related to Occupational Health and ensure compliance with OHSAS.
  • Conduct regulatory/statutory reporting of incidents to the authorities.

The position will be measured against:

  • Deliver HR processes in line with the GBS HR Service Catalogue & relevant KPIs
  • Compliance with local and company policies
  • Data accuracy in digital HR solutions
  • Order and structure in personnel documents
  • Quality and timeliness in global and regional HR related implementations

Our requirements

  • First experience related to work in HR, are welcome
  • Basic knowledge of employment legislation and ability to manage basic ER issues
  • Fluent English and Polish (knowledge of other language will be an asset)
  • The personality of a doer with a positive attitude
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Proactive and exceptionally organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Motivated and able to overcome obstacles that come with working a high-volume environment
