The HAVI Service Hub is now recruiting for a:

JUNIOR FINANCE SPECIALIST ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

Responsibilities

  • Process AP Invoices and raise queries with vendors and internal customers
  • Coordinate the approval of special AP invoices without a purchase order in line with process design
  • Process payments and coordinate respective approval processes
  • Responsible for the consistent and ongoing adherence to guidelines and internal controls
  • Investigate processing errors in respective area of responsibility and drive resolution
  • Report operational issues (process or system related) to team lead
  • Proactively suggest improvement ideas to drive continuous improvement
  • Advise admins within same area of responsibility
  • Support team lead in achieving performance objectives

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 1 year of experience in accounts payable
  • Proficient in English (B2/C1)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to details
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and communicate with diverse individuals
  • Academic degree
  • Very Good user knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Very good knowledge of SAP or other ERP system
