Junior Content Support Specialist

Reffine is a provider of the DXP solution that specializes in website localization for enterprises all over the world. We operate in almost 80 countries, in more than 20 languages. One of our main clients are the renowned car brands: Jaguar and Land Rover.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• knowledge of English, at least B2 level 
• proactive and creative problem solver with analytical skills
• very good knowledge of Google Drive and Office suite, especially Excel
• being an open-minded and positive thinking person
• working knowledge of Google’s analytic tools:(nice to have)
• familiarity with HTML/CSS (nice to have)

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• support and implement changes in CMS in line with the remarks from the clients 
• work within a project team based on Jira 
• build pages and subpages in line with the clients’ needs, modify graphics/photos, price lists, linking, or SEO data
• have on-going and daily contact with clients (via mail)
• participate in conference calls with each of the regions (from time to time)
