Junior Business Analyst – Retail (M/K)

Zadania:

• Contact for CCC POS team for all own shop/ FOC related topics
• Development & implement of tools (reports, market dynamics, competitor analysis etc.) for management team and sales/ Retail organization
• Acquire a thorough understanding of the market, its dynamics, opportunities and translate this to sales opportunities for the business
• Understand market dynamics on all PnL lines for European Retail, with special attention to cost lines, and provide in deep overhead analyzis, making sure spendings are in line with sales strategy
• Collect and analyze data sell through and market information to ensure optimized sales forecasts, processes, and clarity of opportunity
• Monitor and analyze in depth sales performance considering sales goals, identify areas of weaknesses’ and provide recommendations to improve sales
• Analyze productivity of specific sales tactics and propose optimized techniques/ promotions/ initiative to improve sales performance
• Monitor in season retail sales and margin and overhead performance
• Manage cost forecasts in light of the company’s short and long term strategy
• Prepare Monthly and quarterly Retail updates
• Coordinate ad-hoc projects that contribute to the growth of the business
• Prepare all information requirements for go-to-market meetings to support target finalization and assortment planning
• Contribute to the building of the annual plan and strategic plan from a sales POV and monitor sales data in order to ensure accurate and up to date reporting

Wymagania:

• Minimum 1 year in a similar role with proven success within a Retail Environment
• English language at level B2/C1 – everyday communication
• Able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
• Proven ability in achieving set targets
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• A high level of business acumen, maths ability and IT skills are necessary
• Must possess great interpersonal and leadership skills, and be proactive, self-motivated, logical and objective
• Able to understand exactly what customers need from their organisation

Oferujemy:

• Fixed-term position, starting immediately until August 2026
• Office – Warszawa Wilanów
• Salary: PLN 10,000-12,000 gross
• Work from the office twice a week, from home three times a week
