Junior Analyst - Global Mobility Services

We are currently looking to recruit a Junior Analyst to join our Global Mobility Services team based out of Kraków dedicated to working with KPMG’s key clients and their International Tax team.

We are looking for proactive people and team players, with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handle multiple tasks and with marked attention to details. It is an excellent opportunity for those professionals who want to grow their career as part of KPMG international family!

You will be responsible for:

• Maintaining good Client relationships
• Dealing with queries from different KPMG offices & Client around the world
• Independently preparing and analyzing regular reports (Excel, Alteryx)
• Preparing ad hoc reporting and statistics (as needed by clients and/or the team)
• Preparing solid PowerPoint decks and process map-outs (as needed by clients and/or the team)
• Bringing insights, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvements and automatization
• Key Performance Indicators monitoring

We expect:

• At least 1-2 years of overall professional experience in multicultural company, preferably in a data management or reporting role
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Strong multitasking, organizational skills and interpersonal effectiveness also with different cultures
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools in particular Excel (Pivot tables, VLookup, etc.)
• Strong PowerPoint knowledge would be an asset
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to identify and address potential problems and issues
• Client and teamwork-oriented attitude
