About this roleKey responsibilities:
- Providing 1st line of IT support
- Preparation of workstations
- Maintenance of the company hardware
- Network maintenance
- IT and OPS assets handling
- Support for ICT security handling
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Windows OS family (installing, configuring, troubleshooting)
- Ability to work on shifts
- Knowledge of gaming hardware (installing, configuring, troubleshooting)
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking (IP, MAC, Switch)
- Basic knowledge about gaming hardware (Consoles, Smartphones, GPU, CPU etc.)
- Good understanding of written and spoken of English ( B2, or above)
- Good understanding of written and spoken Polish
- Enjoys working as part of a team and across departments
