What will you do:

Our Team is currently looking for students that are passionate about SEO.

As a SEO Intern, you will support the team in identifying techniques and tactics to develop an effective SEO strategy for clients from various industries (healthcare, FMCG, travel). You will provide ongoing support for page optimization initiatives, conducted by senior team members, including technical audits, reporting and recommendations production, web analysis, and benchmarking. You will collaborate closely with senior SEO team members on the projects of the worldwide industry clients. Together, you will be responsible for improving company's organic search results and close cooperation with client stakeholders to influence their business outcomes and positive satisfaction. 

What do we expect from you:

• A final year student or recent graduate with a minimum of Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, economics, mathematics, technical specialty, language or human studies, sociology etc.  
• Interest in digital marketing, web analytics, social media, paid search and/or search engine optimization.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Polish and English and German,
• Problem solver and decision maker, analytical mind and presentation skills and fast-learning skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be organized with good time-management skills.
• Available to work at least 30 hours per week (hybrid work, we work from office in Warsaw)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point. 

Nice to have… 

• Interest in search engine optimization: some degree of SEO technical experience would be an asset (e.g. understanding of website structure, meta data, crawling, content optimization, indexation, site structure, etc.). 
• Basic knowledge of SEO & Analytical tool – not a prerequisite (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Keyword Planner Tool, Screaming Frog, Deepcrawl or any other). etc.). 
• Understanding of data collection importance for marketing activation.
