Internship in Recruitment Team

The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises two business lines: a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland. 

For our Securities Services business line which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation center in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to be a vital part of the expansion in BNP Paribas’ operational scope in Poland.

You will be especially responsible for:

• Preselecting applications & conducting phone screening interviews
• Scheduling face-to-face interviews
• Tracking candidates profiles in recruitment system
• Ensuring accurate data is updated in the HR systems
• Supporting documentation collection and archiving
• Ensuring all paperwork is received and completed according to policies, operational metrics and law requirements
• Participating in additional HR projects (related to: Recruitment, Employer Branding, L&D )and contributing to the improvement of the current HR infrastructure

Required skills:

• fluency in English & Polish as a working language
• very good interpersonal and team working skills
• results-oriented, well organized and customer-focused attitude
• knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel required)
• personal integrity and ability to handle sensitive and highly confidential issues
