This position provides an opportunity to support the Pricing & Rebates (P&R) Team in the Consumer business, to work closely with Pricing Coordinators and Pricing Specialists, as well as Credit and Collections.
The Pricing & Rebates Intern is supporting various activities across the team supervised by P&R Team Leader or nominated team members to assure undisrupted process flow.
Responsibilities:
- Take part in Dispute Management (dispute case creation and handling)
 - Follow instructions to process subsequent credit and debit notes
 - Support group mailbox handling
 - Perform basic (ongoing and ad hoc) analysis in SAP system, use MS Excel to calculate and analyze
 - Support billing correction process (MS Excel, ERP)
 - Support KPI (Key Performance Indicator) calculation
 
Qualifications required:
- Student status
 - Basic, previous internships or projects will be an asset
 - Availability to work at least 20 hours per week
 - Ability to perform basic analysis based on data, adequate Excel skills.
 - Proactive/can-do attitude
