Internship in Internal Communication & People Engagement Department

Main responsibilities:

• Designing, reviewing, and editing interesting content for the internal channels,
• Supporting the organization at internal events - (f.e. supporting Inclusion & Diversity Team initiatives, Employee Referral Program campaigns),
• Supporting CSR agenda - charity communications & sustainability projects,
• Acting as a contact person for several internal communication channels.

What do we expect from you:

• A final year student or recent graduate with a minimum of Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, journalism, philology, management.
• Interest in marketing, communication and human resources management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Polish and English.
• Problem solver and decision maker, analytical mind and presentation skills and fast-learning skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be organized with good time-management skills.
• Available to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point.

Nice to have… 

• Experience with graphic design tools. 
• Experience in text editing.
