Intern in HR Service Delivery (with Greek)

Job Description

During your internship, you will be exposed to a broad range of HR Service Delivery activities, getting experience with the entire employee lifecycle support. You will be working under the supervision of our experienced colleagues who will help you with each step. Bring curiosity. Bring ingenuity, and drive. Responsibilities:

• HR administration – preparing documents related to the onboarding, personal changes, job changes, and terminations
• HR systems updates – entering and maintaining HR data
• Training record processing – recording employee’s training records in the HR systems
• Participation in the process improvement initiatives
• Participation in team meetings and process training

Qualifications/Requirements

• Requirements:
• Fluent English and Greek, both written and spoken
• Basic MS Office skills
• Attention to details and ability to focus
• Eagerness to learn and develop in the Human Resources area
