Job Description
The Information Security Engineer will join the global Security Engineering team and focus on automations. The ideal Information Security Engineer will work in a cross-functional capacity to identify, propose, design, develop, implement, integrate, and maintain security. The Security Engineer must be a cyber security and technical expert with the ability to clearly identify, capture, articulate, design, implement, and maintain security operations use cases, including developing integration code to provide inseparability between disparate IT and security solutions and infrastructure components. The Information Security Engineer must have a background in cyber security technologies, including deploying enterprise platforms, conducting demonstrations, creating product documentation and sustaining enterprise technology services. Additionally, the engineer should have a some understanding of security operations, incident response, threat management, and enterprise IT and security engineering. The Information Security Engineers provide expert support for the analysis, development and integration of automation platform along with providing technical expertise to operational users. Works on complex technical problems and provides innovative solutions. Develops advanced technological ideas and guides their development into a final product.
Accountabilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain automation platform infrastructure, Develop and maintain custom playbooks
• Support Blue team in their effort to check detection efficacy
• Support Red team in their effort to test at scale
• Integrate automation playbooks with multiple IT systems to provide automated way to assess the controls
