For our client we are looking for candidates for the position of HR Specialist (Shared Services) – M/K Client: Leading company in the chemical manufacturing industry Location: Łódź 2 days/week, Warsaw 1 day/week, remote 2 days/week Type of contract: Temporary employment contract for 3 months (with possibility of extension)
Zadania:
- Manage daily and long-term employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, compensation changes, transfers, mobility)
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and systems
- Monitor and initiate processes in Workday to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Ensure legal compliance, support audits, and prepare government reports
- Maintain personnel files and coordinate mandatory health and safety procedures
- Collaborate with external providers for work permits, visas, and residence documents
- Act as the main point of contact for temporary employment agencies
- Support payroll processes for Poland and EMEA region
- Manage benefit platforms and ensure data accuracy
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports
- Cooperate with Talent Acquisition to facilitate recruitment and onboarding
- Work in a hybrid setup: on-site in Łódź and Warsaw, combined with remote work
Wymagania:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration and shared services
- Workday experience required; SAP, Kronos, ADP payroll systems are a plus
- Fluent Polish and business-level English
- University degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and employment documentation
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
