The team you'll be part of 

Nokia’s People organization is responsible for leading a business-driven people strategy and offering people and workplace services to all Nokia employees. We partner closely with the business to provide a motivated and engaged workforce that is fit for the future.

We are seeking a talented Graphics Design Intern to join our Learning and Development team. As a Graphics Design, you will work closely with our team of instructional designers and content creators to design visual materials for our e-learning courses, webinars, and other learning and development initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about graphics design and interested in developing their skills in learning and development.

We work with: 

• Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Illustrator and Animate), GIMP, Inkscape, Camtasia, MS PowerPoint
• HTML5 animations
• Interactive presentations
• UX Design principles

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:

• Collaborate with instructional designers and content creators to ensure that visual materials effectively support learning objectives
• Design visually appealing graphics and illustrations for e-learning courses, webinars, and other learning and development initiatives
• Distil complex ideas into easily digestible diagrams, charts, and infographics, therefore aligning with today’s modern micro-learning trend
• Create various visual assets, including 2D design, animated motion graphics, and executive-level MS PowerPoint presentations
• Produce wireframes, mockups, and click-through prototypes
• Website design - creating the layout and content editing
• Use your creativity to develop new and innovative ways to convey complex information through graphics and illustrations
• Maintain a consistent visual style across all learning and development materials

Your skills and experience

• You are a student of Bachelor or Engineer degree studies
• Proven experience in graphic design or related areas presented in the portfolio
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Interest in the latest technologies of telecommunication and IT

This is a full or part-time internship position with the potential for future employment opportunities. Our office is located in Wroclaw, however, work can be arranged in the hybrid mode.
