JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Global Marketing Trainee

Location: Warsaw office

Duration: 9 – 12 months

Expected availability: 3 days a week ( office based with possibility of HO upon agreement )

The 12-Month program allows creative visionaries and strategic thinkers to enhance their marketing knowledge in a fast-paced and hands-on environment across various specific areas of expertise as described below:

Global Marketing & Product Development

• Report information on the latest products, and insights across platforms (social media, blog, print/digital magazines).
• Continuously research and compile information about competitive new launches, advertising and formulas to present competitive findings.
• Support product development of our new launches and innovations.

Digital Marketing

• Content marketing, web strategy, CRM (email marketing), SEO.
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
• Assist in new activations and media strategy.
• Focus on driving brand awareness and the digital consumer journey.
• Report information on the latest media spend tracking, digital competitive insights / research, media mix and ROI.

Social Media, KOLs and PR

• Provide support, guidance and best practices to drive social strategies, brand presence and marketing plans.
• Monitor social conversation, interact, and engage with customers through social media channels, and respond on behalf of the brand.
• Aid in weekly analytics tracking utilizing a suite of tools.
• Contribute to the planning, execution, monitoring and reporting of brand’s social platform activities.
• Monitor and pitch social trends to keep content relevant, fresh, and best-in-class

Lead your own, individual strategic projects and present findings & business recommendations to the broad Proteon Pharmaceuticlas team.
