We are looking for students to conduct short phone conversations with B2B clients after order completion. You will get a script and web tools to manage the job, we expect the calls to be done within time frame 9 - 17, on working days. No cold calling, no sales — simple satisfaction call.

Required languages and monthly workload:

Native or C1+ level required.
Profile: Student of philology, linguistics, or a business-related field. Strong communication skills and attention to detail in documentation. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
