We are looking for students to conduct short phone conversations with B2B clients after order completion. You will get a script and web tools to manage the job, we expect the calls to be done within time frame 9 - 17, on working days. No cold calling, no sales — simple satisfaction call.

Required languages and monthly workload:
- Must! 🇬🇧 English
and at least one from:
- 🇫🇷 French — 25h/month
- 🇩🇪 German — 20h/month
- 🇵🇱 Polish — 15h/month
- 🇮🇹 Italian — 8h/month
- 🇪🇸 Spanish — 6h/month
Native or C1+ level required.
Profile: Student of philology, linguistics, or a business-related field. Strong communication skills and attention to detail in documentation. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
