Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist (M/K)

Zadania:

• Monthly reporting, forecasting and variance analysis (P&L, Cash Flow, Capex)
• Preparation of performance summaries and management commentary
• Rolling forecasts, budgeting and long‑term financial planning
• Ad hoc analyses, scenario modelling and decision support
• Close collaboration with FP&A Manager and wider FP&A team
• Continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes

Wymagania:

• Min. 2 years of experience in finance, accounting or reporting
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (certifications are a plus)
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong Excel skills and SAP experience
• Analytical mindset and ability to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Nice to have: FMCG/CPG experience, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), GAAP knowledge
