Finance/Admin Analyst - Global Mobility Services

We are currently looking to recruit a Finance/Admin Analyst to join our Global Mobility Services team based out of Kraków dedicated to working with KPMG key client and their Global Mobility Services tax team.

Our Global Mobility Services (GMS) team provides tax and technology solutions to multinational companies with employees assigned all over the world.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Administrator will provide high quality support in running one of our largest global tax accounts. The Finance Administrator will take responsibility for the provision of global billing support and good financial management and control.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and processing inter-firm invoice
• Monitoring functional mailbox on a daily basis and acting as a key contact for all inter-firm invoice queries and issues
• Assisting with the preparation of complex monthly client invoice breakdowns
• Updating and maintaining global billing database and other KPMG databases as required
• Maintaining and issuing internal and external fee schedules as well as inter-firm contracts
• Ad hoc reporting and statistics as needed by clients and/or the team
• Key Performance Indicators monitoring
• Participation in other required processes (Assignee Authorization daily and yearly, set up of accesses etc)

Requirements:

• Commercial diploma, high school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years experience in finance or a related role within an international company is an asset
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English is essential
• Very good command of MS Office tools, in particular Excel (Vlookup, pivot tables and basic formulas)
• Affinity for working with numbers
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to adapt to new systems and procedures
• Curiosity and desire to solve problems and report on conclusions/outcomes
• Attention to details in checking data for accuracy and completeness
