Finance Specialist Accounts Receivable German Speaker - Billing

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of billing
  • Ensures quality and quick response to customers and departmental members
  • Confirms customer balances
  • Performs dunning procedure
  • Effectively reviews and troubleshoots unallocated payments
  • Manages aged receivables items, open items reporting, monitors the debt status
  • Prepares aging/open items reports for distribution to customer and finance management
  • Creates/changes customer master data
  • Ensures monthly close deadlines are met
  • Prepares process documentation
  • Supports internal Business
  • Collaborates with other teams in continuous improvement initiatives focusing on delivering efficiency, transparency and standardization

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1.5 years’ experience in similar role 
  • Fluent level of English. Very good command of German (min. B2)
  • MS Excel knowledge and familiarity
  • Experience in working within SAP environment
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics would be an asset
  • Well-organized, results-oriented team-player, with a strong communication skills
