For the Finance & Accounting function of HAVI Kraków GBS which supports internal customers across 31 markets in Europe providing comprehensive accounting services in 17 languages we are currently hiring a:

Finance Specialist, Accounts Payable Dutch Speaker

Miejsce pracy: Kraków /Kompleks Biurowy Wadowicka 3/


  • Process AP Invoices & review mismatches
  • Raise and respond to queries from vendors and internal customers
  • Coordinate the approval of AP invoices with a purchase order in line with process design
  • Process Master Data requests
  • Control and process payment proposal
  • Prepare weekly and ad-hoc report e.g. GR/IR, price differences
  • Responsible for the consistent and ongoing adherence to guidelines and internal controls
  • Investigate processing errors in respective area of responsibility and drive resolution
  • Report operational issues (process or system related) to team lead
  • Proactively suggest ideas to drive continuous improvement
  • Advise admins within same area of responsibility
  • Support team lead in achieving performance objectives

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable
  • Knowledge of accounting rules and understanding of accounting controls
  • Proficient in English and Very Good Dutch language skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to details
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and communicate with diverse individuals
  • Being able to work within tight operational deadlines and priorities
  • Good problem-solving skills and cooperation attitude
  • Excellent user knowledge of MS Office application
