Finance Process Improvement Manager

The role requires strong problem solving and project management ownership skills and well-established knowledge of e-commerce and retail processes best practices taking into account AR and AP settlements, Inventory handling, cost accounting, automatization, and system-enabled solving solutions. The candidate must possess the ability to proactively identify areas for improvement in finance process setup, own the project of improvements and engage internal customers at various levels of the organization, facilitate healthy channels for communications, and successfully support management team in improving the financial processes to allow growth of the organization.

Finance Process Improvement Manager reports to the CFO / Head of Finance.

• Preparation, update, and execution of prioritized road map on improving financial processes driven by received inputs from organization and own findings,
• Project management of key initiatives within improvement of finance processes (i.e. marketplace settlements, customer returns financial aspects handling, merchandise orders and cost reconciliations),
• Internal control process improvements implementation within finance processes,
• Work will over both already existing and executed business activities and all strategically analyzed and planned for implementation new streams of activities,
• Organization of finance and accounting processes, including ensuring the correct circulation of accounting documents and effectiveness of internal controls,
• Helping to identify opportunities to optimize costs and performance,
• Being a key player in ERP life cycle from development, changes, and improvements to implementation of new ones,
• You will drive and organize your future team of coworkers and direct reports.

• Master degree, preferable in finance area,
• At least 4-6 years of experience in a financial role related with the finance processes improvements and transition (experience in retail, e-commerce or sales companies will be an asset),
• Proven experience in ERP systems implementation or architecture setup and excellent MS Excel skills is a must,
• English – fluent, at least C1 is a must,
• Team player,
• Detail - oriented attitude,
• Result-oriented and "problem solving" mindset,
• Project management skills,
• Highly analytical and meticulous at work.
