Finance & Accounting Clerk with Dutch

Who do we recruit for? Our client is a professional services company, providing a broad range of services and solutions in IT, HR, finance and accounting. It has its office in the center of Warsaw, Przyokopowa Street.

Responsibilities

As Finance & Accounting Clerk you will be responsible for:

• Handling of customer complaints or questions via different channels (phone, emails)
• Identifying reasons and solutions of the complaints / analyzing reasons for non-payment
• Influencing customers, negotiating and building long-term relationships
• Close cooperation with other teams

Requirements

We're looking for people with:

• Communicative knowledge of English (min. B2)
• Very good Dutch communication skills (B2/C1)
• Experience in customer service will be an asset
• Good skills of Excel and Word

Experience with customer service and SAP would be an additional asset.
