Ecolab Services is seeking qualified and motivated candidates to join an exciting FastTrack to Finance Success Development Program, which is designed to develop Ecolab’s next generation of finance leadership.
The program consists of rotations giving you exposure to different departments and areas like Financial Planning & Analysis, Divisional Finances, Commercial Finances, Accounting & Controlling, and Process & Quality Europe.
The program is led by ECOLAB finance professionals and mentors and is committed to developing strong leaders for the future with the opportunity for accelerated career growth. Following successful completion of this rigorous program, employees are placed in positions that continue to provide development opportunities and increasing responsibility.

What You Will Need:
- Graduates or last year’s students of finance either Economic/ Finance/ Business Administration
- Ambition driven candidates interested in financial career path
- Fluent English skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- MS Excel
- Full availability – 40 hours per week
- Good communication skills
