We are looking for an Expert Services Intern to join Syncron’s Customer Excellence team in our Warsaw office. As an Expert Services Intern you will actively support our Subject Matter Experts on their agenda to transform Syncron implementation services into a competitive differentiator.

Expert Services play an absolutely essential role in ensuring the customers get the value out of our software. We act as consultants, analyzing the customer's business and understanding their requirements, and implementation specialists delivering integration, configuration and tests of our solutions.

What would you do?

You are in the first line to support Syncron Consultant and Subject Matter Experts by:

  • Support definition and documentation of best practices for software implementation projects in collaboration with Expert Services (XS) Subject Matter Experts (SME):
  • o  Prepare and refine best practice documents and presentations,
  • o  Enhance and structure the XS knowledge map with relevant knowledge.
  • Support Project Management Office (PMO) with the project portfolio governance:
  • o  Prepare regular status reports for the senior management,
  • o  Conduct ad hoc analyses and improve/refine existing reporting procedures,
  • o  Review project data sanity and support project managers with data maintenance.
  • Support selected tasks in customer projects, such as:
  • o  Validate business functionality based on defined test cases,
  • o  Analysis and validation of customer business data,
  • o  Document business processes and relevant solution setup.

Who you are?

  • have completed the first two semesters of university, preferably studying Industrial Management, Economics or Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics,
  • are available app. 25 hours per week,
  • are interested in leveraging Information Technology to achieve business objectives,
  • take accountability for your tasks and are self-driven,
  • enjoy working in a team and bring in your own ideas,
  • have a structured work approach and stick to your goals,
  • communicate in Polish & English in writing and verbally.

The icing on the cake!

You can bring your application to the top of our list, by having:

  • experience with Confluence, JIRA and/or Smartsheet,
  • experience with Java, Python, Curl and/or Ruby,
  • exposure to standard software implementation,
  • exposure to Pricing or Inventory optimization.
