Erlang / Elixir Developer - Working Student

Working Student is a long-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. As our Trainee you can have experience working in such areas that correspond to full-time engineering jobs. The internship usually lasts from 6 to 24 months. We are open to flexible working hours so that you can reconcile working with us with your studies. #OpenToYou.

 HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

As part of our team, you will:

• Implement new test scenarios using Elixir and/or Python programming language(s)
• Contribute to development and testing of new functionalities in Nokia's In-house simulators' products
• Define testing environment for new features

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You should have:

• Active status of student of Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or Software Technology or equivalent education
• Good English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to learn Elixir programming language
• Basic Linux and bash scripting
• Knowledge of IP or mobile networks
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player spirit

It would be nice if you also had knowledge in:

• CI/CD processes (Jenkins)
• Scripting language: Python
• Software development processes and tools
