EB & Community Specialist

Tasks

• designing and implementing an EB strategy
• planning, organising and promoting various kind of EB initiatives and events
• taking care of Miquido’s presence in the IT community
• support in planning and production of Mobiconf conference
• attending meetups, conferences, workshops
• moderating EB events, encouraging participation
• communicating and engaging with event attendees using various channels
• cooperating with universities and creating long-term relationships
• organising the production of visuals and marketing materials in cooperation with designers and marketing team
• supporting the team in recruitment campaigns
• measuring and analysing the results of each EB initiative

Must have

• min. 2 years of experience in EB or similar
• experience in designing, organising and conducting events and candidate-driven projects
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• strong project management skills
• ability to work on several tasks simultaneously
• experience in dealing with communities, media, external vendors, sponsors, exhibitors, attendees
• experience in working with designers and external suppliers of branding materials
• knowledge about marketing and events in the tech industry
• strong attention to detail
• very good English skills (B2/C1)
• knowledge of social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube)
• head full of creative ideas

Nice to have

• ability to use tools such as: Evenea, Teamgantt (or similar), Google Analytics
• ability to use Facebook Ads

6,000 – 8,400 PLN net b2b or 5,000– 7,000 gross CoE
