Responsibilities:
- Analyse fund documentation and set up funds‘ static data in BNP Paribas database
- Amend fund characteristics in the system in line with the current fund prospectus
- Test the artificial intelligence tool aimed at fund prospectus reading
- Clean up funds‘ database
- Communicate with internal stakeholders
- Contribute to the maintenance of operational procedures
- Contact and cooperation with Global Data Maintenance Team
- Participate in internal reporting activities
Requirements:
- Student or graduate (Finance, Economics, Maths, IT) or equivalent professional experience
- Basic knowledge of the investment funds industry and securities market
- Fluency in English language is mandatory, French would be considered as an advantage
- Good knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel) and knowledge of financial applications (Bloomberg, etc) would be considered as an advantage
- Very good analytical and problem solving skills
- Highly accurate, dedicated to quality and stress resilient
