Your tasks:
- receiving incoming calls from customers (calls in Slovak and Czech languages),
- responding to e-mails from customers,
- providing information on claims already submitted and those that customers want to submit,
- informing about the rules of return, complaints, etc.,
- answering customers' questions regarding loyalty programs and promotions.
Whom we are looking for:
- people who can speak Slovak and Czech languages at C1 level,
- people who are positive and open to work with an international team,
- people who are able and conscientious,
- pleople, for whom building relationships with clients is important,
- people who are ready to work between 9.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
