YOUR TASKS:

• answering requests from passengers by live-chat,
• giving information about flight schedule,
• informing passengers about flight changes,
• providing support to the passengers of special needs,
• answering the customers' inquiries.

REQUIREMENTS:

• fluent knowledge of Italian and English (min. B2 levels),
• availability: 30 hours per week (live-chat is working from Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.),
• ability to type quickly,
• ability to work under time pressure,
• maintaining good relations with clients,
• communication skills, openness, accuracy.
