Customer Service Professional - Japanese Speaker

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide advice, answer questions and promote our brands in every interaction by phone and e-mails
  • Process consumer orders, providing information to enable cross selling and upselling of products
  • Provide reports, resolve technical queries and undertake associated administrative activities
  • -Maintain and update product related information, marketing, promotional events, pricing, etc, where applicable
  • Provide a “High-Touch” consumer service to our customers

We expect:

  • Native/fluent Japanese C1/C2
  • English B1/B2
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • The desire to exceed expectations and ability to take ownership of issues
  • The ability to prioritise and manage the workload effectively, have a flexible approach, be able to work independently,   but also a team player
  • Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Working hours Monday - Friday 3AM - 3PM and Saturday - Sunday 6AM - 3PM
