Job description:

• Technical support for the bank's customers regarding products, offers, partnerships and reported problems;
• Supporting clients, associates and other stakeholders, primarily in the context of day-to-day banking related to cash management;
• Coordination of incoming inquiries from customers and stakeholders;
• Recording and updating electronic customer information and sharing information with relevant departments and other stakeholders;
• Participation in internal projects and work on the development of the department, processes and workflow.

Desired experience:

• Experience in work related to business customer service (nice to have);
• Experience in the financial sector and knowledge of transaction banking (nice to have)
• Comprehensibility, reliability and focus on providing high-quality customer service;
• Flexibility and positive attitude;
• Ability to communicate well with clients / stakeholders at various organizational levels;
• The ability to organize working time well.
• Knowledge of languages: English B2; Dutch C1
