Customer service agent with Romanian language

With the dynamic development of the Multilingual Department, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with knowledge of the Romanian language who will join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Answering calls and handling emails in Romanian,
• Informing customers about available products,
• Informing customers about current promotional campaigns,
• Handling complaints and returns,
• Product advisory.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Romanian at level C1 or higher,
• High personal culture and a friendly attitude towards customers,
• Availability during helpline working hours (Mon-Fri 9.00 - 17.00),
• Knowledge of basic computer programs.
