Customer Service Agent with Italian (Warsaw)

Due to the extension of our customer service area to new markets, we are looking for a fluent Italian speakers who would like to join "Airline" project.

YOUR TASKS:

• answering phone calls from customers,
• supporting customers via e-mails,
• giving information about flight schedule,
• informing passengers about flight changes,
• providing support to the passengers of special needs,
• answering the customers' inquiries.

REQUIREMENTS:

•  fluent knowledge of Italian (min. B2 levels),
• knowledge of English language at B2 level - necessary to join implementation,
• availability: 100h monthly (working hours are 09:00-18:00 from Monday to Friday),
• ability to work under time pressure,
• maintaining good relations with clients,
• communication skills, openness, accuracy.
