INSIGMA Spółka z o.o. seeks personnel with IT experience (in customer service and support) to strengthen its international Competence Center team in Cracow.

INSIGMA offers IT services and solutions for automotive enterprises throughout Europe. The INSIGMA group has two locations with its headquarter situated in Cologne Germany, and its offices in Cracow Poland. In total, more than 120 people currently work for INSIGMA.

Job description:

Your job will be to provide quality customer support for various projects in automotive industry for our business clients via mail and phone.

What we expect:

  • good communication skills and diction in Italian (B2/C1 level minimum)
  • additional language will be an asset
  • good communication skill in English for internal communication
  • basic IT knowledge and willingness to learn more
