Customer Service Agent with English (Warsaw)

We start next week!

YOUR TASKS:

• answering phone calls from customers,
• supporting customers via e-mails,
• informing about organized events, matches, available tickets,
• informing about restrictions during the events,
• answering to the customers inquiries,
• resolving the customers' problems.

REQUIREMENTS:

• fluent knowledge of the English language (minimum C1),
• readiness to work between 10.00 p.m. and 12.00 a.m.,
• understanding different English accents,
• very good pronunciation,
• maintaining good relations with clients,
• communicativeness, openness, conscientiousness.
