Currently, to our team in Warsaw, we are looking for candidates who are proficient in Czech and Slovak languages and are willing to start the exciting journey on our new project related to the international clothes brand.

- receiving incoming calls from customers (calls in Czech and Slovak languages),
- responding to e-mails from customers,
- providing information on claims already submitted and those that customers want to submit,
- informing about the rules of return, complaints, etc.,
- answering customers' questions regarding loyalty programs and promotions.
Whom we are looking for:
- people who can speak Czech and Slovak languages at C1 level,
- people who are positive and open to work with an international team,
- people who are able and conscientious,
- pleople, for whom building relationships with clients is important,
- people who are ready to work between 9.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
