What working on the service hotline means for us:
- receiving incoming calls from customers (calls in the Czech language),
- messages from customers handled via e-mails,
- providing information on claims already submitted and those that customers want to submit,
- informing about the rules of return, complaints, etc.
- answering customers’ questions regarding loyalty programs and promotions.
Who we are looking for:
- people who can speak the Czech language at C1 level,
- people who are positive and open to work with an international team,
- people who are reliable and conscientious,
- people, for whom building relationships with clients is important,
- people who are ready to work between 9.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
