Customer Experience Pricing Support

Position overview

You shall be working within multilingual & multinational team in Krakow and supporting both internal and external Clients across EMEA region ensuring pricing process is cohesive and effective.

Your key requirements in this role:

  • Ensuring there is smooth communication and collaboration between variety of external and internal Clients,
  • Supporting providing the optimal customer experience action as a liaison between Teams and Functions,
  • Managing & publishing price lists, controlling sample accounts, Purchase Order Creation and Vendor Management,
  • Ensuring & applying a consistency regarding pricing, promotional and rebating processes and procedures across the EMEA.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven track  of customer facing experience in Sales Administrator / Sales operations / Accounts receivable / Customer service,
  • Demonstrable experience connected with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Team collaboration, delivering great Customer Service,
  • Ability to work with data – solid Excel skills.

Language requirement:

  • English & Italian fluent
  • Spanish will be an asset
