Collections Support Analyst with Danish

Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.

What will you do:

• Manage standard customer ledger to collect accounts receivable balances from invoiced customers through a combination of email and telephone calls

• Focus on cash collections, debt management, accounts reconciliation

• Taking care of Credit refunds

• Responsible for managing blocked orders

• Develop and maintain good relationships with the client sales teams

• Responsible for investigating and resolving customer queries

• Works independently, with some guidance in complex situations

• Ensure compliance with MDT collections policies and procedures

What we expect:

• Good knowledge of business Danish and English languages (C1 required)

• Collections Management skills (Collections work experience nice to have)

• Soft skills and client centricity approach

• Analytical thinking

• Customer Service experience is a plus
