Job Description
As a Category Management Analyst, you will be supporting the Catman department (Snacks, Beverages, and Nutrition categories) in analyzing market dynamics: tracking channels and customers sales, brands and segments, detect opportunities and threats for the category. Giving support in define action plans.
Functional Responsibilities
Support in define, execute and monitor category management projects: assortment optimization and planograms elaboration.Market Dynamic analysis using Nielsen tool (scorecards elaboration)Preparing planograms with Spaceman toolCollaboration in define customers selling and category plan across categories.Support In-Store Execution: Manage repository of merchandising plans and tools of the trade (Racks, Display Units)Support Sales Channel Strategy: Collect historical data by the channel on a monthly basisSupport Customer Management: Contribute up-to-date Customer Master Data & Segment Customer database by channel and sizeSupport Order Management: Collect customer account informationSupport Trade Spend Planning & Monitoring: Collect, summarize, and standardize trade promotion data. Develop winning relationships with management, colleagues, and other key stakeholders within the Cluster business, ensuring the highest levels of agility and support are providedShare learning and support the Cluster Sales Lead with all initiatives to improve GBS service offeringsQualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree Business administration, Economics / CommerceGood communication skills and proficiency in Spanish and English languageExperience in working with Nielsen and Spaceman or any other planogramming toolHighly proficient in Microsoft Office programs (especially high level in Excel and PowerPoint )Responsiveness, ability to deliver tight deadlinesAbility to pull and work with large dataAbility to work in flexible and dynamic environments independentlyExceptional written and oral communication, adapting approach by situation and audienceExcellent organization and prioritization skillsHigh integrity – won’t compromise on values to get resultsDynamic, organized, and able to handle competing prioritiesHigh attention to detailAnalytical skills
