CAE Engineer

Working in Hutchinson Bielsko-Biala Plant under supervision of CAE Team Leader, you will oversee Numerical Simulation Analysis on Products and Processes of Automotive Fluid Management Systems (Coolant, Refrigerant, Air, Oil, …) to participate of their development and validation. You will be integrated in a global ww CAE team that share competences and challenges. You will be in contact with other plants, R&D team, Laboratories, Project Managers.

Zadania:

Your main missions:

• Perform Numerical Simulations according to a customer request, after gathering all needed and accurate input data (List of materials, Geometry, Specification).
• Create adapted modelisation with engineer hypothesis and choose correct software to represent the Physic.
• Write synthetic reports, interpret results, and present them to requesters.
• Respect and create good practices and procedures regarding ww CAE organization.
• Respect deadlines from project and product development planning.
• Participate to advanced engineering tasks in domain of CAE (ex: validate new criteria), if needed organize correlation with physical tests in laboratory.

Wymagania:

Your profile:

• Coming from an Engineering School or with a Master Level, 0 to 5 years’ experience
• Technical Competences :

             - Structure Mechanics and Vibrations,

             - Fluid and Thermal Management Theory,

             - Computational Fluid Dynamics,

             - Finite Elements Analysis,

             - Modelisation (Boundary & Load Conditions, Contacts, …) and Mesh ability,

             - Base Material laws of metal, plastic and rubbers,

             - Options: programming (Python), NVH, Design of Experiment.

• You potentially already know Altair Hypermesh and Optistruct softwares.     
• You are speaking and writing at good English level.
• You can work in a Team, you are reactive, responsible and autonomn.
