  • building a potential customer base by using available tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Xing, ProspectIn, Lead Forensics)
  • active acquisition of new leads and customers through outbound activities
  • monitoring and updating knowledge about the activities of other companies about getting new customers
  • implementation of assumed plans and achieving sales targets/KPI’s
  • building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • providing business support and advice at the initial stages of sales (first contact with clients, preliminary lead qualification, customer needs research)
  • representing Miquido at conferences as a visitor or speaker (to build an invaluable contacts network)
  • close cooperation with other company departments (including: Production, Marketing & Design)
  • analyzing and reporting of performed sales activities

Must have

  • min. 1+ year of experience in business development/lead generation
  • fluent communication in German (C1 level, both in writing and in speaking)
  • business acumen
  • knowledge of social selling tools and ability to use them effectively
  • describing yourself as: goals driven, open-minded, self-starter
  • being focused on analysing & adjusting outbound techniques to improve results
  • being tech-savvy or willing to learn relevant software skills
  • experience in lead generation on DACH market

Nice to have

  • former experience in a software house or IT company
  • English on B2/C1 level
  • substantial contacts network
