Associate Financial Analyst Intern

In this role candidate on a daily basis provides support to Finance community in the area of gross margin analysis, price quoting and price strategy

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform & provide in a timely manner and with diligence financial calculations and analysis in the area of sales support, price quoting and profitability analysis
• Keep up to date reports using generally available tools (Excel, BI reports, SAP) responding to reporting needs described by managers
• Draw simple conclusions for management/stakeholders based on prepared, standard reports, informing about business drivers of changes in financial results
• Coordinate independently parts of finance processes indicated by manager like price quoting and debit/credit notes approval process
• Perform freely, and in a timely manner, necessary updates related to daily and weekly tasks

What You Will Need:

• Working toward a master’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics.
• Good knowledge of basic finance areas (understanding of financial statements with their interdependencies, standard costing methodology)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify key business issues
• Excellent Excel modeling skills (PivotTables, more complex excel formulas, recording simple macros)
• English fluency and good communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Availability at least 20 hours per week
