Responsibilities:
- answering phone calls in English language,
- informing passengers about available services,
- resolving complaints,
- answering customer inquiries,
- supporting passengers on every stage of the journey,
- providing assistance for people with special needs,
- representing the Client in official correspondence.
Requirements:
- ability to communicate in English language at B2 or higher level,
- ability to work in a team, responsibility, and independence,
- availability at least 100-120h per month (project is working 24h by 7 days a week), we start from 27.06!
