Responsibilities:
- answering phone calls,
- informing about available services,
- resolving complaints,
- answering customer inquiries,
- email service in return.
Requirements:
- ability to communicate in English on B2 or higher level,
- openness and soft skills,
- ability to work in a team, responsibility and independence,
- availability at least 100-120h per month (project is working 24h/7 days a week).
