Responsibilities:
- answering phone calls,
- informing about available services,
- resolving complaints,
- answering customer inquiries,
- supporting customers o every stage of their journey,
- providing appropriate assistance for people with special needs,
- representing the client in official correspondence.
Requirements:
- ability to communicate in Spanish language on B2 or higher level,
- ability to communicate in English or Polish languages (necessary to take part in the training),
- openness and soft skills,
- ability to work in a team, responsibility and independence,
- availability at least 100h per month (project is working between 9.00 - 18.00).
