Airline Customer Service Agent with Romanian language (in Warsaw)
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- being first line contact and supporting customers in finding information regarding the flight's schedule, route and date of the flight and the reservation system,
- supporting customers through the complaint process,
- operating flight booking service,
- making outbound calls regarding departure times, reservations and other matters related to airlines operations,
- supporting customers o every stage of their journey,
- providing appropriate assistance for people with special needs,
- representing the client in official correspondence.
We are looking for people who:
- are fluent in Romanian,
- can communicate in English or Polish,
- are ready to work between Mon - Fri (8.00 - 17.00),
- are open-minded and communicative,
- want to work in an international work environment.
