Airline Customer Service Agent with Romanian language (in Warsaw)

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• being first line contact and supporting customers in finding information regarding the flight's schedule, route and date of the flight and the reservation system,
• supporting customers through the complaint process,
• operating flight booking service,
• making outbound calls regarding departure times, reservations and other matters related to airlines operations,
• supporting customers o every stage of their journey,
• providing appropriate assistance for people with special needs,
• representing the client in official correspondence.

We are looking for people who:

• are fluent in Romanian,
• can communicate in English or Polish,
• are ready to work between Mon - Fri (8.00 - 17.00),
• are open-minded and communicative,
• want to work in an international work environment.
