In this position you will be responsible for:
- being first line contact and supporting customers in finding information regarding the flight's schedule, route and date of the flight and the booking system,
- supporting customers through the complaint process.
We are looking for people who:
- are fluent in Romanian,
- can communicate in English or Polish,
- are ready to work between Mon - Fri (8.00 - 17.00),
- are open-minded and communicative,
- want to work in an international work environment.
