Responsibilities:
- answering phone calls in Italian language,
- informing passengers about available services,
- answering customer inquiries,
- providing assistance for people with special needs,
- supporting passengers on every stage of the journey.
Requirements:
- ability to communicate in Italian language at B2 or higher level,
- ability to communicate in English or Polish language (necessary to participate in the training),
- ability to work in a team, responsibility, and independence,
- availability at least 100-120h per month (project is working from Monday to Friday between 9.00 - 18.00).
